The Williamsport Home, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking a Director of Finance with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience accounting and/or finance.  Knowlege of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and  financial statement preparation are highly recommended.  The ideal candidate demonstrates proven leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a thorough working knowledge of financial principals.   

Responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of finance department, including Medicare/Medicaid Billing, A/P and payroll and financial statement and budget preparations. Other duties can include financial strategic planning and forecasting.

Educational requirements include Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting or Associate Degree in Accounting with related healthcare experience.
