The Williamsport Home, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse, licensed in Pennsylvania, with a minimum 5 years active nursing management in long term care, to serve as the Director of Nursing of our 129 bed Skilled Nursing Center.  At TWH, our employees function as a dynamic team. In serving the needs of our residents and the community at large, TWH seeks to evaluate the contemporary and future needs for service and to develop and maintain programs of service to meet these needs. 

 

The ideal candidate demonstrates proven leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a thorough working knowledge of federal and state regulations.  Responsibilities include the direction of all aspects of nursing services while supporting an active clinical and medical staff to ensure quality, individualized resident care and services.

 

Educational requirements include being a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, possession of a current license by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners in good standing, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
