Covid-19 Information

The men have always enjoyed the pool tables in the apartments but recently we have a group of ladies that get togeether to shoot some friendly pool! Some of them have been shooting pool for years, others have just taken it up since moving into the apartments. Either way it is a good way to pass time on a rainy morning. Won't be long it will be time for shuffle board and bocci tournaments!

May is National Senior Living Month and this week is National Nursing Home Week. We have many events scheduled all week to thank and honor our staff. We are also celebrating with our residents. Each year we recognize staff for employment milestones such as 2 years, 5, 10, 20, 30 etc. This year we are honoring Pam Reifsnyder for her 35 YEARS of service to The Williamsport Home & Apartments and our Residents. Apartment Resident Shirley Hill is on the left and Pam is on the right. We thank ALL of the people who make TWH & Apartments the terrific place it is!

We are so lucky to have such a beautiful campus! Spring is a particularly lovely time of year here on campus. We have so many flowering trees and shrubs. The grass looks wonderfull and we are keeping our eyes out for our spring fawns which should be arriving soon! If you are interested in touring our campus please give us a call you can come and see what The Williamsport Home & Apartments have to offer!

We will be having an Apartment Open House on Thursday, May 10th from 2-4 PM.

"C" Building will be open to tour, there will be refreshments, "meet and greet" with current residents, and more.

You will be able to see our beauty shop, massage room, out patient physical therapy room  and all that

The Williamsport Home and Personal Care Programs have to offer. Please join us!

Is spring ever going to get here??? We can't wait to get outside and enjoy our beautiful campus! Until then we have to be satisfied with some fun things going on indoors.

Our Apartment Personal Care Residents enjoyed ice cream cones and trivia on Tuesday. Fudge Ripple and right answers ruled the day.

On Thursday the Independent Living Travel Committee got together to make hoagies to raise funds to offset the cost of a bus trip to Lancaster. Many hands make short work and much laughter makes it fun! And the hoagies were pretty good too!

It has been a very long, cold winter and everyone on campus is eagerly looking forward to srping. Spring fever hit on the first super nice afternoon and a group of our residents from Valley View ("C" Building) decided to take advantage of the nice day. What is better than sunshine, warm breezes, wine, cheese and fellowship? Can't wait to get outside playing shuffle board and bocci or taking a walk, enjoying the pavillion, or relaxing on a swing!
