We will be having an Apartment Open House on Thursday, May 10th from 2-4 PM.

"C" Building will be open to tour, there will be refreshments, "meet and greet" with current residents, and more.

You will be able to see our beauty shop, massage room, out patient physical therapy room  and all that

The Williamsport Home and Personal Care Programs have to offer. Please join us!

Is spring ever going to get here??? We can't wait to get outside and enjoy our beautiful campus! Until then we have to be satisfied with some fun things going on indoors.

Our Apartment Personal Care Residents enjoyed ice cream cones and trivia on Tuesday. Fudge Ripple and right answers ruled the day.

On Thursday the Independent Living Travel Committee got together to make hoagies to raise funds to offset the cost of a bus trip to Lancaster. Many hands make short work and much laughter makes it fun! And the hoagies were pretty good too!

It has been a very long, cold winter and everyone on campus is eagerly looking forward to srping. Spring fever hit on the first super nice afternoon and a group of our residents from Valley View ("C" Building) decided to take advantage of the nice day. What is better than sunshine, warm breezes, wine, cheese and fellowship? Can't wait to get outside playing shuffle board and bocci or taking a walk, enjoying the pavillion, or relaxing on a swing!

On April 18th The Williamsport Home honored their donors from 2017 with a reception at the Williamsport Country Club. All donors from the year 2017 and all past Board Members were invited to share in an evening of gratitude and fellowship. A champagne toast, hors d’Oeuvres, and beverages were enjoyed by all. Music was provided by harpist Wendy McCormick. An overview of all of the improvements in 2017 was shared.

Presentations were made to donors in the Pilar Society as well as two special awards. Pilar awards for an anonymous donor and Turn Key Construction were acknowledged. Special awards were presented to VFW Post 7863, for making our Summer Concerts on the Green possible and to Elder Law Firm Marshall, Parker & Weber for providing bus transportation to the Community Arts Center for the Williamsport Symphony Concerts.

The Williamsport Home campus provides services to over 300 Seniors in our Skilled Nursing Facility, Ravine Ridge (our short term rehabilitation unit), the Woodland Vista (Personal Care) and our Apartments which include both Personal Care and Independent Living. The Williamsport Home is so grateful to everyone who donates via the Raise the Region Event hosted by the First Community Foundation, The Williamsport Annual Appeal, and through generous “in memory of” donations. All monies donated to The Home are utilized to improve the lives of the people living on The Williamsport Home Campus.
